SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping and delivery timelines are structured based on destination:

• Domestic Delivery (Within Pakistan): 7–9 working days.
• International Delivery (All Over the World): 15 working days.

Our shipping timing for orders delivery varies for different products and categories. Specific tailoring or ready times are stated on the product page and confirmed upon order placement. Delays, if any, will be communicated via email or phone.

Please note that unforeseen transit delays may occasionally occur due to flight availability, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures. These delays can extend shipping times by 5–6 working days or more. Zeeniya is not liable for unanticipated carrier or regulatory delays once parcels are dispatched.

Delivery charges are calculated based on parcel weight, package dimensions, and shipping destination selected at checkout, and are non-refundable.

Zeeniya takes no responsibility for additional charges, import tariffs, customs duties, or local taxes levied by destination authorities or governments outside Pakistan. All international import duties and taxes must be settled directly by the customer upon arrival.
